Treatment & Effectiveness

How effective is Ayurveda for chronic conditions like disc bulge and arthritis?

Our clinical experience of 15+ years shows a high success rate in treating chronic spine and joint conditions through Ayurvedic Treatment. Unlike conventional treatments that manage symptoms, Ayurveda addresses root causes. For disc bulge, we’ve helped over 2000+ patients avoid surgery through our specialized Panchakarma treatments. The key is early intervention and following the complete Ayurvedic treatment plan.

Most patients experience initial relief within 2–4 weeks through Ayurvedic treatment. However, complete healing depends on the condition’s severity and chronicity. Acute conditions (recent injuries) typically heal in 2–4 months with Ayurvedic therapies, while chronic conditions (5+ years) may take 6–12 months for complete recovery through a structured Ayurvedic treatment plan. We provide a realistic timeline during your consultation based on your specific case.

Absolutely! Many of our patients come to us after years of unsuccessful conventional treatment. Ayurvedic treatment works differently; it does not merely suppress symptoms but promotes deep Ayurvedic healing at a cellular level. We have successfully treated patients who were told surgery was their only option through structured Ayurvedic therapies. Our approach focuses on restoring your body’s natural healing capacity with a comprehensive Ayurvedic treatment plan.

Authentic Ayurvedic treatments have minimal to no harmful side effects when prescribed correctly. You may experience mild detox symptoms initially, such as slight fatigue or temporary changes in bowel movement, as part of the body’s natural Ayurvedic detox and healing process, which is a positive sign. All our Ayurvedic medicines are prepared from natural herbs using strict quality control standards to ensure safe and effective Ayurvedic treatment.

Consultation & Process

What happens during the first consultation?

Your first consultation is comprehensive, where we’ll discuss your medical history, current symptoms, lifestyle, and diet. You’ll undergo traditional Ayurvedic diagnosis including pulse reading (Nadi Pariksha) and tongue examination. Based on this, we’ll create your personalized treatment plan and explain the entire healing journey.

Never stop your current medications without consulting both your doctors. We work alongside your existing treatment initially. As you heal and symptoms improve, we’ll guide you on gradually reducing conventional medicines under proper medical supervision. Safety is our priority.

We offer both options! Online consultations are perfect for follow-ups and initial assessments. However, for chronic conditions, we recommend at least one in-person visit for complete physical examination and pulse diagnosis. Our Panchakarma therapies require clinic visits, but we provide detailed guidance for home care between sessions.

Treatment Methods

What is Panchakarma and do I need it?

Panchakarma is Ayurveda’s most powerful detoxification and healing therapy. It’s particularly effective for chronic conditions like spine disorders, arthritis, and neurological issues. Not everyone needs Panchakarma – we determine this during consultation based on your condition severity and body constitution. Our 20-room daycare facility ensures comfortable, hygienic treatment.

All our medicines follow classical Ayurvedic texts and are prepared in GMP-certified facilities. While Ayurvedic medicines don’t require FDA approval (they’re classified as food supplements), we ensure highest quality standards. Every medicine is batch-tested for purity and potency. We also provide detailed ingredient lists for your reference.

Absolutely! Diet and lifestyle modifications are fundamental to Ayurvedic healing. You’ll receive personalized guidelines based on your body constitution (Prakriti), current imbalances (Vikriti), and specific condition. This includes meal plans, cooking methods, sleep schedules, exercise recommendations, and stress management techniques.

Yes, but with special precautions. Ayurveda has safe, natural treatments for pregnancy-related issues like back pain, digestive problems, and stress. However, we avoid certain herbs and therapies during pregnancy. Always inform us about pregnancy/breastfeeding status. Our experienced doctors will design a completely safe treatment protocol.

Yes, we’re proud to be NABH (National Accreditation Board for Hospitals) accredited and CGHS (Central Government Health Scheme) empaneled. We’ve also received the ‘Best Ayurvedic Center’ award from Delhi NCR Healthcare Awards 2023. These accreditations ensure we meet the highest standards of healthcare quality and patient safety.

All treatment rooms have proper ventilation and hygiene controls. We also maintain detailed treatment records and follow strict quality protocols for medicine preparation.

Cost & Insurance

What are the treatment costs?

Treatment costs vary based on your condition and required therapies. Consultation is ₹500. Monthly medicine costs start from ₹500 depending on condition complexity. Panchakarma sessions start from ₹1,500 per session. We provide transparent cost breakdown after consultation with no hidden charges.

As a CGHS empaneled center, government employees can get reimbursement. We’re working with major insurance providers for coverage. Currently, we offer flexible payment options and can discuss payment plans for longer treatments. Many patients find our costs significantly lower than surgical alternatives with better long-term outcomes.

Absolutely! Consider this: spine surgery costs ₹2-5 lakhs plus post-surgical care, medications, and potential complications. Our complete treatment (including Panchakarma) typically costs ₹50,000-1,50,000 over 6-12 months with high success rate and no surgical risks. Plus, you gain long-term health improvement, not just symptom relief.
